These terms govern your use of shophubprice.com and purchases of Vitality Recovery Dynamics products.
Website use
You may use this site for lawful personal shopping, support, and product research. You may not misuse the site, interfere with security, scrape at scale, submit false information, or infringe our intellectual property.
Orders, pricing, and availability
All orders are offers to purchase and are subject to acceptance, inventory, payment approval, fraud review, and shipping restrictions. We may correct pricing or description errors and cancel orders when necessary. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the original payment method.
Health and safety notice
Our products are mobility and recovery tools, not medical devices. They do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, injured, recovering from surgery, have a medical condition, or experience pain, numbness, dizziness, or unusual symptoms.
Shipping and returns
Shipping, return, exchange, and refund terms are described in our Shipping & Returns Policy. Return eligibility depends on timing, condition, proof of purchase, and hygiene requirements.
Limited warranty
Physical products are warranted against manufacturing defects for one year under normal personal use. The Granite motor and battery are covered for two years. Damage from misuse, modification, accident, commercial use, neglect, or normal wear is excluded.
Liability limits
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vitality Recovery Dynamics, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. Our total liability for a product claim will not exceed the amount paid for that product.
