Processing
Orders usually process within one to two business days, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays. Preorder or backorder timelines will be shown before purchase when applicable.
Shipping
We offer free U.S. standard shipping on orders over $75. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, address issues, customs, or fraud review.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be clean, undamaged, and returned with proof of purchase. Hygiene-sensitive products may be refused if they show heavy use or unsafe condition.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Original shipping charges and return shipping costs may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a covered defect.
Warranty claims
For defects, email photos, a short description, and your order information. We may repair, replace, or refund a defective item at our discretion.
